  : The hotel is an 8 minute walk to Masjid e Nabwi (saw). There are lots of food places close by and McDonalds is a 1 minute walk away from the hotel. There are lots of souvenir, jubbah shops, supermarkets, fast food places very close by.
  : When checking in the receptionist was extremely slow and took 45 minutes to check in our 3 rooms. The other receptionist had checked in 5 people in that time. Despite requesting our rooms to be located close to each other, the receptionist could not facilitate this during the checking in. It appeared so that after complaining the same evening that a room was available next to one our rooms all along. At this point, we were advised to get our luggage together and ring reception for the change of room to take place. Following procedures that were advised, the staff still struggled to provide us with the room key and it left my elderly grandma and cousin to wait in one of our rooms until this got sorted (nearly an hour later). At this point, my parents went down to reception and requested the key change imminently. Furthermore, on arrival, one of our rooms had a faulty telephone and the bathroom sink was dirty (toothpaste from the last guest). 5 hours later, after 5 telephone calls and a visit to reception, the maintenance team came to resolve the issue. The bathroom sink was cleaned by ourself.

  : Breakfast was mostly indian dishes not continental room was below average and not clean we book for 5 guy eats with 5 beds but only provide 2 towels and had to ask 4 times for more towels to be dropped off

  : Amazing location i thought it would be far but it was 10 mins away from the prophet pbuh shrine. Amazing staff too whenever i needed something it was provided asap.
