WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs SAR 75 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children from 2 years old to 4 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 6 years old to 11 years old stay for SAR 100 per person per night when using an existing bed.
People 5 years old and over stay for SAR 100 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist.
A damage deposit of SAR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Underground parking is possible at a surcharge and is subject to availability.

Please note that the Hotel is in soft opening stage and some services may not be available e.g. Meeting rooms, Gym etc.

Please note that non-Muslims are not allowed to enter the cities of Makkah & Madinah without special permission letter from the Government.

Please note that in the holy month of Ramadan (Fasting month) "Sahur" will be served instead of the breakfast. "Iftar" Ramadan (early dinner) will be available at a variable price.

Please note when booking more than 10 rooms, different policies may apply.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Please note that according to government Rules all guest need to present the tawakkalna App showing that the guest got (COVID-19) vaccine and showing that the health condition is Immune, in case the guest failed to present the App with the information mentioned above, they will not be able to stay at the property .
