Great location, near to masjid an nabawi, easy to find from the gate. But the check in handling not so good, lobby room not comfortable for waiting and the room not so clean, need to improve. The staff are good but the elevator need to improve to manage many people from the lobby to the room

Such a beautiful experience throughout 7 nights in medina, happy with service and cleanliness. Prompt response upon asking facility. Nearest to medina haram gate 328. For rayaz ul janah only took 10 mints walk to gate 37. Good service over all.

Six-night stay and truly awful. Front desk was rude; when I complained, I was told “Khalas, go.” Manager refused to listen. No room cleaning unless pushed, no water or tea, foul bathroom smell, and guests smoking with zero staff action.
