Rooms is big enough and clean. Has an e-bike stand to travel to Masjid Nabawi and I believe there is a bus shuttle but I didnt try it.

I had a terrible experience. I requested a bottle of drinking water for my baby, but they refused to provide it. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would recommend considering other hotels for a more pleasant stay.lift also not working
